Your Boyfriend Figure Skating AU
Here I am again!
I wanted to touch up on my designs for characters. Especially for this AU. I tried to do one duo skating pose, but I gave up midway 😭
AU DEVELOPMENTS + extra info
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've also decided to make Lucy Y/N and Peter's choreographer. Now you know, figure skaters tend to have people who help plan the music, the movement to said music, and theme so they can have a high scoring in what you call "technical and program composition". That just means the entire skating performance. Idk how far it impacts overall scoring but it is a score.
Don—while I'm still designing him—is their coach. Cause...I said so.
I definitely made Peter a much less intense (dare I say, softer) yandere character. He still goes crazy at some point along the story, but not in the same way as the original. So, sorry, no sudden pinning into the wall and dirty talking here. He just hopes that Y/N would eventually see how great he is and develop feelings for him. He might be a little weird about it, but it's the fantasies that keep him a bit more sane.
TK can skate too, but they were never really motivated to work on it as much as Y/N. Their passions were on other things. But, at the very least, they could join Y/N for a short time for before their ankles would hurt and they'd go sit down. They still work at the diner (which before—both them and Y/N worked at until the skating career came up). TK can see a bit deeper into Peter's strange behavior and actively doesn't trust him.
That's all I have for now! Bye~
The friends AU is just an AU mine where by I instead of peter being alone he has a friend me.But is still yandere anyway.I donna if am gonna make page one for the first one soon.
One of the more mysterious elements in Your Boyfriend is someone named Greta. Greta is described as being a therapist who mostly makes her patients worse, and YB is one of them. She encourages YB's darker urges and behaviors. In the canon of the game, she will never make an appearance (supposedly), but that won't stop me from making shit up!
In my headcanon, and the various AUs swimming around in my head, GRETA is actually the game system itself. It stands for:
Game
Reality
Enforcement and
Thought
Algorithm
In order to bring the game to "life", the creators put in an AI that would help dictate the flow of the game. The problem is that GRETA is corrupted and YB is already a sentient being. GRETA assumes direct control of YB during key moments in the game, causing him to act more violently and deranged.
YB tries to fight off GRETA's control, but it's very difficult for him and it overpowers him every time. When GRETA is about to control him, his pupils become glowing red hearts.
In my AUs, YB knows he is in a game, but may or may not know the system is in place from the start. He might initially think it's helping him since he has little experience with the outside world, but your horror at his actions as well as his aversion to hurting you will wake him up to how awful GRETA really is.
I forgot to respond to this, sorry, so here's Jay's response to it
