I have just experienced the most incredible experience in recent times. Let me tell you a story. . I like to look good. I like to be clean. It makes me feel good inside to present myself in such a positive way for the world to see. . This is me; this is James Murray Richardson. . Today I was attending a meeting. . On the way to the meeting I noticed my white chino shorts were dirty. Not very presentable at all and I felt shame to present myself in such a way. . Something needed to change. . Immediately. . The shorts needed to go. . But what can I do about it at 1215 when I have the meeting at 1300? . I thought of the 1 place where I have been loyal to and that have been loyal to me. . The 1 place that make me feel happy every time I walk in. . I thought of YD. . What happened next was unbelievable. . I rushed into a new Westfield I don't go to very often and used the information desk to find where YD was. I got my directions and speed walk to the shop. . Walking into this shop all flustered and out of energy I was met with a man. A great man. . I was then met with a woman, I will call her, the queen of YD on this day. . I explained my problem to the man and he scrambled around the shop with me looking at my options. . There are many beautiful options at YD. . We tried something but it wasn't quite the right fit or look I wanted. . We then continued to search and found the most amazing looking jeans. 1 2 3 bang we are back in the changing room trying them on. #PERFECT !!! . On to the #QUEEN of YD. Amazing customer service. The amount of happiness and chit chat we had was beyond any #shopping experience that anyone could ever imagine. . This could not be real what's happening now. But it is real. It is very real. . It was in 1 word; Astounding. . Absolutely ASTOUNDING. . I will never forget this day. . I will never forget this story. . I will never forget this experience. . I am so happy with the experience today I am writing a story about it here to share it with you. . I absolutely love YD. . I just made great friends. Like my own. Like my family. The #respect I got today will never be forgotten.
