Ivana ran away from Kalina's room, head down and the marks of naisl that Kalina left on her skin were still stinging, but the pain was nothing compared to what she was feeling inside. She sobbed, her mind making her feel worse. She opened one door and finally headed outside, ignoring the curious eyes upon her. The summer breeze greeted her, but she barely felt it. Her legs were burning from the intese jogging, but she didn't mind it. She wanted to be as far as possible from anyone. She found herself running into the woods and slowly stopped, leaning against a tree. The princess looked up at the sun and only saw the great treetops. She was a nobody, born with a title, but her body would end as the same way as a rebel, inert and left to the Earth. She was alone, feeling betrayed, and hurt by the only person in this world she thought she could trust.
