Usually when I watch a movie while my partner is out, I watch a horror movie (because I enjoy them, but he doesn't, so we don't often watch them together). He often comes home when there's still twenty minutes or so to go, doesn't mind the movie being on because if he's not paying super-close attention then they won't get him tense.
Cut to the night I watched Emma. (2020) and he came home near the end, settled down on the couch with me scrolling on his phone, then when it ended, said, "Oh! It was a happy ending." I was like yeah, it's a Jane Austen adaptation. And he said he was surprised because when he comes home to me watching a movie, it usually has some kind of fucked-up ending. Lol. Roasted.
Ugh! I really wish I could post formula 1 content more often!!!
Oh I see it now
tfw you watch a scary movie and you're afraid to leave your room at night
