I’ve always read both Dani and Jamie as being verse?? (Tbh I pretty much read every character as that unless there is obviously a top/bottom dynamic and I just don’t see that with Dani and Jamie) but here are my arguments for that. Dani literally initiates everything in their relationship, she is the instigator of their first kiss, it’s her that asks Jamie out with the implications of sex, Dani is the one who proposes. Jamie is also the little spoon, like she’s clearly not always the dominant force. I think it’s easy to see Jamie as being a top because of the traits that she has but I think a lot of those come from her being a rather guarded individual, it’s likely that in general she is a top but with Dani she is more verse due to the amount of trust in their relationship. Dani on the other hand there is no way that girl is a bottom, thirsty yes, but not a bottom. I think after all of the years of comphet and being expected to fit into the submissive role, Dani would definitely take on a dominant role with Jamie sometimes as it has never been something that she could explore. Especially after the whole viola situation, I really think being in control would help Dani feel more secure in herself. So yeah I think they’re both verse. I’m also a verse Aries so I guess I fit into the 2% of us that aren’t tops
