Okay to name a few things the book is violent. People get stabbed/maimed/killed.

One character is kidnapped and sold as a sex slave it doesn’t go into detail but its relevant to their past.

One character takes a drug only real in canon and faces withdrawals

One character faces a traumatizing event involving corpses and it does go into a lot of detail there.

One character faces verbal abuse from their father and while theyre out of the house in the book its really relevant to the story.

All these characters overcome these things. No deaths via abuse/overdose.

No complaints for the first half, it's been INTENSE. Im loving it. Croatia is beast and refuses to lose easily and Brazil pushes it. So nice nice nice.
