my dad went to uni with tony abbott and he beat tony abbott in rugby league. my dad beat tony abbott in rugby okay. my dad is a hero. my dad beat the prime minister at rugby. and since tony abbott prizes testosterone and winning more than anything else my dad technically beat tony abbott at his own political game too.
Even if I only do have about 4 people to go to, I'm thankful for each one of them. It's sad, how it's not much. But hey, it's better than nothing. These 4 people have seen me at my best, and most definitely my worst. They know me inside out, and know exactly what to say just to get my head into place. These are the 4 people that I trust with ALL my heart, and they have yet to disappoint me.
I'm not saying that I'm not thankful for those people that talk to me, and are there for me on rare occasions, because I am. But those 4 people have stuck with me through my darkest days. They've dealt with me through all the mood swings, and bullshit. I never need to ask, when it comes to them.
That's what you call unconditional love. And although it was hard to let go of my 'tough' wall, I've become open to each, and every one of them.
Kim, Joyce, Jay-r, and Victoria, thank you for saving my life a day at a time.
