their name is yuze 🙌 they're a pickpocket who's a part of a mysterious four member group who call themselves The Family. they all live in the capital, but they've all come down to stay in riverbend (the town) for a while for seemingly no reason, but they all feel like people on a mission! but whatever they're doing, it's none of the mc's business as long as it has nothing to do with the royal family! and if it does have to do with the royal family, then... uh.

yuze's signature physical trait is their shaggy auburn hair that goes just past their shoulders, because it looks like they cut it themself like a year ago and they just haven't bothered to trim it at all since. they have never been serious a single day in their life, everything they say is a joke in some way or another. all the other main characters have some sort of emotional baggage they need to sort through, but yuze either has none of that or they've repressed it enough that they can easily pretend they don't! all in all they're just here for a good time

because they're always smiling and joking and acting overly friendly to everyone, it's easy to assume they're at least a well-meaning person, but. who knows? it's really hard to say if they have morals or not. they have 0 qualms about playing dirty to come out on top. they're absolutely the type to bring a knife to a fistfight or a gun to a knife fight and then trash talk their opponent the whole time. the only thing they would never ever do is anything that would hurt The Family. they'll betray literally anyone else with no hesitation, but their loyalty to The Family is no joke

[💘] man literally anything and everything is attractive to them. when they fall they fall HARD. everything their crush does got them giggling twirling their hair and kicking their legs. the person they like just standing there and looking particularly dashing in the sunlight??? they will not be able to stop thinking about it for days

[💖] all the fucking time this idiot LOVESSSS attention. they're the type to lug around a 1000 page book everywhere that they have NO intention of reading just to look smart in front of their crush. they'd invite their partner to spar a lot to show off any fancy new moves they've learned but also to use as an excuse just to be close to them!!!

i was wondering, what kinds of mcs can we play, like the different personality traits and stuff? i like the idea of the mc starting out super protective of kallias but as time goes on and mc gets used to their shenanigans mc is just like “🙄 can’t stop them so i might as well join them” and then they’re cute and chaotic together lol

first of all, i am so glad you like kallias!! i was honestly worried that they wouldn't have any fans but they are very dear to me

second, i'm not 100% sure yet about which personality traits to include. i was thinking something along the lines of these ones:

stoic/emotional

charming/??? idk what to put here

witty/genuine

impulsive/cautious

selflessness mayyyybe?

other stats might be like... tracking how quick the mc is to draw their sword vs try to talk things out. might also add a Guilt Meter for shits and giggles! this would all be for flavour text though, there won't be stat checks or anything. i want you all to be able to choose whatever response you want without worry [:

i will most likely make this stat invisible to the players, but the game will be keeping track of how you approach being kallias' protector. it becomes very important later on for reasons i cannot disclose, but if everything goes well, the scenario you mentioned is ADORABLE and also very possible! (again thank you so much for liking kallias)

anyway, that's the general idea so far, but i'll probably change stuff around. if anyone has anything they'd like to see please feel free to let me know!
