Turmeric Sprouting Success 🥳 . Shoved some store-bought turmeric (Melissa’s—grown in NZ or Fiji?) in a big pot back in the fall with little hope of anything happening. The sections I planted didn’t look very virile—nodes not lively looking—& didn’t know if had been given an anti-growth treatment. Guess not! 👍 . Wasn’t really paying attention as none of the ginger in the neighboring pots have sprouted yet, but finally looked closer & saw at least three sprouts unfurling! 🤗 .
