Just wanted to let you know that I really do appreciate the fact that you take time out of your day to write long analyses on Carmilla. It's fun to watch the show and take it in as a fan, but you bring a sort of a deeper, more personal meaning to it. (I don't know how to put it in words but I hope you understand). I don't know why people are hating on you and saying that you're "ruining" the fandom; like you're not forcing anyone to read your posts or anything. Anyways, people are going to hate-

well thank you :) & yeah, i mean, it's part of my graduate degree, but i definitely don't have to share them, & i'm happy they've brought some level of applicability to at least some of the fandom.

& if people want to float in fluffy hollstein feels then they totally can. i'm so excited they're together & i'm so excited that we get a season 2, bc i think carmilla is an amazing production that's going to continue to do so many important things, & i'm really lucky that i get to address that with my scholarship too.

& also yknow. i write fluffy hollstein so. there's that too i am v happy about fluffy domestic hollstein.

did you ever take classes for writing? bc i dont get enough practice at school and at home i write but i dont feel like im learning anything from it, like yes im writing but i dont feel like im improving/fixing anything. im thinking of taking classes but i just wanted to ask your opinion on it
