It could either be serious like Rose is trying to find the Doctor and so is Amy because something happened on a trip. Or it could be silly like Rose is at a party and Amy is the kissogram there.

Hmm...Amy and Rose find each in a bar, they're drinking, and start telling stories about traveling in space..with the Doctor.  Decide they want to find him and go on one last trip..?
