It makes sense that there would be a lot of hate on Vocaloid. I mean, there's a lot of hate within the fandom too. Especially with the English Vocaloids.... Well anyway, I think it's because Vocaloid is a bit sci-fi and people think that it's "replacing" the human singers. And the fact that a lot of the haters have only seen the concerts makes Vocaloid (+ fans) seem even more freaky and strange. Personally, I hate the mikutards. Especially those who think Miku is the "best" and "only" Vocaloid.
Well the ‘best’ Vocaloid is a matter of personal taste, but she’s certainly not the only when the same company released others…
I don’t really care who’s a ‘real’ Vocaloid or not. I like the whole franchise and the amazing fans and cosplays! People are ingenious and wonderfully creative and it’s just fantastic to see all these music videos and costumes and songs and the multiple variations and know they were produced by FANS, not a company.
That is just… so brilliant and mind-blowing! People are amazing!
