exciting lil personal update :]

i been working on weight loss this year bc i had developed a TON of weight-related health issues over the past few years and just generally felt really bad physically and emotionally and i am very happy to say i reached my target weight a couple weeks ago and have so far been successful in maintaining it 🎉

some befores and afters ~1yr apart👇🏽

i’m down 80lbs!!!! i no longer have sleep apnea, embarrassing bladder issues, or amenorrhea, AND i am no longer prediabetic. easier to go on long walks and stretch and such too. all sorts of good things happening & i am proud of myself :]

next on the Comfortable In My Body list is top surgery… had my consults and got my labs done and now i’m just waiting for a couple calls. hopefully by the end of the year 🤞🏽
