Did my first ever hobby stream on Twitch! Had a lot of fun and was a good way to motivate myself to get my paints out again. This is the last of my Sisters of Battle, so once I have this finished I’ll have to do a photo shoot with the whole squad!
Really throwing myself in the deep end of the process and learning a whole lot along the way! Here are my friends’ first proper 3D prints! I didn’t get to see the top one cleaned up, but here’s the other one freed from his supports and looking fabulous! Mine is currently printing, so that’ll be its own post and then we begin the painting!
Dragons never went extinct, they simply went into hiding. Drakes on the other hand are false dragons without wings, they can be truly deceptive. Guard yourselves, young Dragonriders!

These two D&D minis were trial runs with the new Army Painter Speedpaints, so my initial paint job was entirely base coated with speedpaints. It was a little messy, but a good learning experience. I’m excited to take this knowledge into my Seraphon army when I finally start painting!
Also, this was my first time doing actual basing. I got an army painter basing kit with some good supplies, so I also experimented with that.
Two of my siblings left to travel for work, so I wanted to finish these models so I could bequeath them for their journey. I hastily did some drybrushing and basing, and called it good. I hope these sorcerers can remind my family that their magic comes from within. ❤️
I don’t post selfies very often, but I’m feeling nostalgic. One day I’ll have my mustache back.
