I got you || One-Shot
it was finally time - Hayden had pulled a few strings, made a few deals ; even roped the Winchester's into helping. The Ex-Angel had only offered one simple suggestion, one that was far more heart breaking than he realized. Dylan had never set foot into Heaven. Now this presented a two fold problem, first of all - a deal with Heaven would have been simple enough. Then Heaven shut down ; so now the second problem?
Hayden's -- higher up's weren't always big fans of his. They said he took the easy road, he was too human - he was too self righteous. The list goes on - he needed something to bargain with. Because let's be honest, souls are power - and Dylan's soul? Was nothing special to these men, but to Hayden? It was priceless.
Dylan had never know he'd died, never known what he'd become - and now? Now it was time to do something worth while with this thing he'd become. He was coming for him. The deal was simple - the soul of my choice immediate withdrawal; I give you the ability to change faces at will. No switching vessels, nothing. It was something he sort of -- hated to lose but ; let's be honest. He needed his best friend.
The demon who owned the soul would ask for exact description; once given all Hayden had to do was wait -- within the hour the other demon returned; a man with him. Tall , lanky - looking far too sober; with the shock of light honey brown hair and warm dark eyes. Hayden extended his hand, "I thought you said you'd never get hit --" For now? Hayden was in his original form - though it was weak and couldn't hold him for but so long.
"It's been a while Dylan - and I've seemed to amass quite a back store of your favorite whiskey.. Oh and your son? Shiv named him -- Daniel Gordon Davies; took me a minute to figure it out."
And with that? He brought his best friend home.
