I think there are many people with strong/tough exterior but gentle/soft interior. Zhou Zhi Shu is one of them.

But, it is very rare to find someone that has gentle/soft exterior with strong/tough interior. Chen Yu Zhi is one of this rare type. He always so determined when it comes to helping his patient, as much as Jiang Yue Lou in taking down opium trade. Chen Yu Zhi always speak softly with warm smile towards other people but once in a while we can see his stern voice esp when dealing with life and death situation. I think thats what make he is so precious.

Interesting fact: Yi Bo Chen/Ian Yi is nothing like Dr Chen. He is just one happy boy, full of enthusiasm.
