Ah, yes, the joys of being mentally ill and self-aware, but not self aware enough to see the signs of a spiral in advance.

Was given a very strong reminder today that just because you’ve been riding the bull for years doesn’t mean it can’t still throw you off.

Sometimes it feels like one step forward and two steps back, but I guess that’s still progress of some kind?

I really had no intention of talking about mental health as often as I do on here but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good news tho, it sounds like my therapist can see me tomorrow. And the main reason I’m seeing her is because of these spirals, so yippeekayay.
