It's a playful sing - song, both because Aleta is a playful person and because they both know that, even had Aleta not happened to be in the area, Santiago could have handled this flavor of fucker. Still, nobody smart turns down free help, and as the last of the randos collapses, either dead ( santiago ) or unconscious ( aleta ) she grins at the other Giver like they're old besties.
