Allison Russell – Webster Hall – May 6, 2025

Last fall Allison Russell intended to embark on a North American tour behind her universally acclaimed sophomore studio album, the genre-agnostic The Returner, but instead, she postponed the shows to star on Broadway in Hadestown, finishing her run this past February. Now back out on the road, the Grammy winner’s just-launched tour touched down at Webster Hall on Tuesday night — and it was more than worth the wait.
