Ok I know we joke about leg having cold legs and shit but let me tell you that as someone who wears skirts every single day (except sometimes when I'm on my period) your legs legitimately get used to the cold. Like, if my arms are bare they'll be freezing cuz their always covered but my legs will always be completely fine, yes even in the winter (to be fair tho we hardly get any snow here, it's a every few years we'll just some snow that'll stick around for a week or so) but yeah, his legs should be completely fine except if their on like a snowy mountain, then they'll get a bit chilly
