sleepover sunday confession thingy: im rly disappointed with the " the hobbit " movies? ? lotr was sO much better but with the hobbit it feels like they didnt rly bother but actually just did it for the money???? idk it couldve been much better

I AGREE WITH YOU 1000000%.  An Unexpected Journey wasn't that bad but the special effects made me lose my shit (so bad) ALSO THE STORY BETWEEN KILI AND TAURIEL ????? idk i lost all hopes and when i heard they were doing another 2 i gave up. I enjoy them bc i love the book and i kinda owe peter jackson for making 3 of my favourite movies but tbh i was expecting more.
