It’s day 4 of the #YMOMobilityChallenge and today's class is all about slowing down. Who's with me?? 🙋🏻♀️ Today's yin practice focuses on the hips, hamstrings, and low back, and while it's a shorter practice, it still provides ample time and space to settle in. With just a handful of postures, we will apply gentle supported stimulus to increase elasticity, circulation and tissue strength. Yin also gives us the opportunity to create space in all aspects of ourselves - body, thoughts, and emotions. My hope is that you will leave feeling refreshed and connected to your presence. Let me know your thoughts below! 🌓 Here’s how to join the challenge: 🌓 ▹ Sign up via the link in my bio.
