Your wedding was amazing. Just how you have dreamed it, with the love of your life standing next to you. Your now hysband Bucky Barnes. You were enjoying yourselves at the reception now when a little voice got your attention.

- Why did you play that song when you were walking down the aisle.
She asked with thoose sweet inocent eyes, bringing curiosity and attention from others. So you pull her her to your lap and looked at your husband who was sitting next to you sharing a kiss and smiling.

So the song ‘’ a thousand years’’ is mine and Bucky’s song. Why you may ask?
A very simple answer is because our love lasted through many difficulties and stayed strong for many years that we were apart.See we were together in the 1940s and when Bucky was drafted my heart almost shattered. I wanted to help too in the war so when Steve got the opportunity to go to the army for that special expiriment i convinced him to take me with him as i was a register nurse so my help would be much needed. Everything was good until one night there was an attack in our base and i was kidnapped from some people that later on i found out that it was HYDRA. They wanted me as a nurse but i didnt comply so their next plan for me was to turn me in an asset. So they used the supersoldier serum trying to make me their dream soldier. After many tries they succed and put me to use very quickly immidietly after my combat training was done. After many solo missions and a lot of years in the cryofrezzer i was partnered with the Winter Soldier and luckily for us they didn;t knew that we we knew each other or that we were together in the past and in love.Well at first we didn’t either, ut in time we slowly remembered each other. Little by little everyday a new memmory would pop in our minds confusing us as to what is happening and why we feel this way. It was scary yes, but it was worth it because we found each other again. That was what woke both of us. Our love was stronger than all the brainwashingand torture. Sure we were different now but some things never change. While we were pretending our roles to be safe and unoticed we cared for one another deeply. Always having eachother backs and checking in in silent. In all that chaos and darkness in the end of the day we knew we were together. So after a lot of hidding and planning we finally got out together when the whole incident in DC happened. And from then the rest is history. We bulded a new life, a new chapter. We lived peacefully and tried our best to help each other with the aftermath. Bucky was working in constraction and me as a nurse in the local hospital. Now to where i found our song...
I heard it one time we were at a bookshop and i immidietly fell in love with it. The lyrics just spoke to my heart and every word of it was a memmory of us. It explained and described exactly our life , the strugles we went through and how our love lasted through everything. From there it stuck in our hearts and we decided it was the perfect time now to play it. In our most important ans special day.
- End of story everyone. Now you all know how it happened and why this song is so important to us. I said closing the little throwback smiling at the thoughts of that. A soft hand got me out of my trance making me turn.

You both stand up to go to the dance floor. As you were ready to dance to a slow waltz the song changes to your favorite one. Your suprised but when you look at the Dj you see your niece standing smiling sending you many little kisses. Oh she is a sweet one you thought sending her a kiss and looking back at Bucky ready to dance . You swirl in the dance floor swaying in slow motion feeling like there is noone else in the room, when you feel Bucky’s lips melt in yours. When you part you have a huge smile on your face mimicing the one on your husbands face.
