This past weekend I was invited to take pictures at Yo!Sissy, a queer music festival organised by Pansy whom I have worked for before at “Naked Boys Reading” and the experience was really worth the lack of sleep for 3 days. Jd Samson and Peaches were important icons while growing up, and being able to work with them was exciting! I am sure my 15yo version would be proud if he only knew that this was going to happen in the future. Not only that, I am also proud of taking part in events where homosexuality gathers people. I fell in love with a drag queen and with music again. I am thankful for being part of this, it kinda gives life and my work as a photographer a bit of sense.
So this is the sort of MADNESS I have been working on for the last week, in place of CatRacer... Friends are organising a Queer Music Festival here in Berlin starting tomorrow. I am doing some last-minute visuals to project in places. :
