It’s late in my location, but I thought of doing a Game-Accurate Retake on the Yo-Kai Watch anime! Don’t get me wrong, I love how the anime is… but I think it would be cool if it were based on the games (which I low-key wish they did to season 3, I would’ve LOVED to see the Mystery Legendaries appear alongside other Yo-Kai introduced in 3!)! And yes, both Nate and Katie will obtain watches!
There’s a few small issues… firstly, the copyright… Level-5 has took many fangames down, which is unfortunate… so I’m nervous if this could happen to me…
Secondly, I can’t voice all the characters on my own and I’ll need voice actors when I get to do this project, but for now, because school is coming up on September 3rd for me and that I haven’t planned much of it yet… it’s safe to say I’ll do scripts for now (fanart for said scripts greatly appreciated, although nothing problematic! I’m a minor after all!)
Third, Artists and animators, idk how to animate and while I’m good at art, I haven’t embraced digital art fully yet… so yeah…
So… what do y’all think of this idea? I mainly wanna do the third season as the third game first, and yes,if any of you are curious, Retake!Season 3 will have Blasters T episodes of course!

Being the secretary for the all too famous yokai game company was fun at times. You worked hard, but it wasn’t like any of the work was difficult to an unnecessary extent.
That was the case on days when you didn’t have a multitude of customers complaining at you for reasons beyond your control.
A bug was found in one of the new games that had been released and angry yokai had SWARMED your desk, shouting curses at you for the loss of their precious game data due to said bug that was actively being fixed a couple floors above where you worked.
You apologized to as many customers as you could, but the feeling of being under such close scrutiny and disdain made you extremely tired. Deeply so.
You could barely contain your excitement when you clocked out for the day, the minimum wage you make being barely enough to keep you going on days such as this one.
As per usual for you, you took a small trip up to the top floor into the rather plainly decorated office that belonged to the CEO of said company and your longtime best friend, Hinozall. You pushed the plain, wooden door open and grinned faintly at the sight of the man typing away at whatever he’s working on at the moment.
You softly clear your throat and the yokai looks up from his computer, his eyes turning to you.
“Oh! Hey, I didn’t notice you there. Come on in, come on in. I can take a maybe five minute break to chat.” He says, lowering the top of his computer and leaning on one of his many hands.
“Hey. You guys did get that bug fixed today, right?” You asked, your exhaustion evident in every step you take towards his large desk.
“We’re still working on it at this moment. I’m not letting anyone leave until we’ve got it all sorted out.” He says, then he frowns faintly, “You seem tired. Did you get the brunt of the complaints regarding the bug?”
“Don’t you know it.” You huff as you lean onto the edge of his desk.
Hinozall pauses, then he reaches over and gently scoops you up. You jolt a bit, but seem to relax once you’re placed into the small bit of room between him and his chair. He senses your hesitance, so he gently coaxes you to lean against his side, his soft body acting like a cushion of sorts.
“You deserve to relax some.” He says with a small nod, “Frankly, I think you’re overworking yourself.”
“Says you. You’re the workaholic to beat all other workaholics. You could use a break much more than I do.” You mumble as you press yourself closer to his side, your cheeks flushing the softest of pinks.
Hinozall huffs, his cheeks flushing in a similar manner to yours, “I’ve got too much to do, y’know. I got to my status by working so hard.”
“But you’ve already gotten your status, so can’t you just take a rest for once? Maybe we could do so together… go out and get dinner, or something.” You mumble softly, obscuring your face in his side.
“…I might be able to be convinced to do that…” He mumbles, “Especially since we’re already aware of how fond of you I am.”
You can’t hold back your grin at his reluctant agreement to your plan, “Awesome. I can’t wait.” You say, already getting the feeling that your day has improved tenfold just by being in Hinozall’s presence.
Comly’s inspirit causes others to become alternative and Theres not much of a limit to what kind of alternative you might become so you might be goth or punk or you might become Lolita or gyaruu so stay away from Comly and his husband if you don’t wanna look super cool and swaggy
