yeah, I did both of those, and I did a bunch of weird support thingies, none of it worked. I just get a blank white screen, with my account info at the top but nothing I can access. It's weird and really annoying. :/

yeah, though, that's the first thing I did! very unhelpful, none of it worked. what I'm going to try to do now is access it on my phone and then try to transfer it over to my computer? here's hoping that works. /sighs loudly
