Yoga for the Lower Back
Join me for a 20 minute yoga for the lower back class, where we will work to stretch and strengthen those muscles that support the lower back. This can help to reduce lower back pain in the long term.
That said, please always work within your range of motion and stop if you feel and pain or tingling. This class is offered in addition to any medical advice you receive and doesn't replace it. Beginners welcomed!
