@ anon who said they have pimples now after cutting out meat; I went vegan and a few months after, I got super bad pimple breakouts around my mouth and like neck area and I have never had acne problems! Ever! I'm 23 and it was the first and only time I've dealt with it! But I stuck it out, upped my water intake and continued my vegan diet, and now i've had literally crystal clear skin for years! It is probably like Selena already said, just your body acclimating to your new diet! It'll catch on!

Yes water is also super important!! Just stick it out and it should get better!!
