I have had a wonderful time hanging out in Perú. From a week in Lima, another week in Sacred Valley and Cusco, and the past few days in Puno. I had set out some extra time to travel the country (but not nearly enough!) because I knew there was a lot of culture and history to see here. Kind people, delicious foods, breath taking views, fun hikes, and adventures in making wrong turns 🤠 I also had a lot of time for introspection and observe the places my mind will travel and explore my own spirit fully. Fantasies of the future, phantoms of the past, to quietude and exuberance in any given present moment—its a wild wild country inside my head 🤩 If I can ever get myself to make the time and compose some of the reflections and insights which traveling can induce I hope to happily share one day. To sum up with the classic Ferris Bueller quote “Life moves pretty fast.
