A vegan version of Greek yogurt dip that is cool and full of flavors like garlic, lemon, dill, and cucumber.
Ingredients: 1 cup vegan yogurt. 1 cucumber, finely diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put vegan yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a bowl. Make sure to mix the ingredients well until they are all well mixed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix. Put it in the fridge and serve it with crackers, pita bread, or your favorite vegetables.
