"I put more of an effort to be more personal on this record," said Flowers and this becomes quite clear when looking at the subjects this album tackles including his wife's PTSD which are sang about in the song, "Some Kind of Love."

Flowers talks about how his wife, Tana Mundkowsky, heard the emotional single and sobbed.

"It's really emotional," he says. "I played that for her, and she just sobbed."
