primrose and tulip!
Thank you for asking, sweetness!
primrose; what book does everyone right now need to read?
I feel like this is question without an answer. There is NO book that will be universal fit. Not even among same age group and definitely if we expand beyond one. Cultures and experiences, so many things influence things we can understand and digest via media we consume and, of course, books are great way to challenge it and hope someone learns something from it. But the chances are that they’d get frustrated without good partner to discuss it with, drop it, or, if forced, hate it by the end of it, which would be counter-productive.
There are books that means a lot to me, but I cannot recommend it anymore, due to some things author said and it really hurts me, because the books are so beautiful, and so much about tolerance and acceptance and learning that I hate she now is advocate for opposite of such mindset. (This isn’t HP series, if anyone’s wondering.) But for me, they were softly and kindly life changing and I saw they mattered to lot of people and I can still quote parts of it and I think that if thoroughly discussed, they can give a lot to people. And yet... Sigh.
tulip; name 5 facts about yourself.
This is always so hard, ahaha! I can only think of things that I’ve talked about a lot before in tags or other posts, though, that is no guarantee you’re aware of them. Hm.
2 years ago on this day my kitty passed away.
I am, by profession, an accountant.
I was interested in linguistics and languages for as long as I can remember myself, but I am horrible at learning them. [English is not my native language.]
I am good at only one side scroller and that is a an old PC game with a puppy trying to reach his owner. It was brutal but I beat it 3-4 times.
I always read end of book first or almost first and generally live and breath spoilers.
Send me botanical ask?<3
