does anyone remember when i pre-ordered a signed copy of a y*rgos l*nthimos photography book but it arrived un-signed and they couldn't send me a signed one bc there were none left, so they just apologised and sent me a partial refund (which i was totally happy with, they were very apologetic and i felt it was great customer service)
