Badly Explain Horror Manga As TMA Statements

So, you know how a while back I matched up Poe short stories to different entity types from TMA?

I've been reading a lot of manga lately (night shift job with lots of short breaks, very conducive to manga reading), and I've just been thinking about what TMA fear entities they'd be. And also thought it would be hilarious to explain manga plots badly as TMA statements.

So, let's go!

Uzumaki, Junji Ito : THE SPIRAL (obviously, lol), THE FLESH

Two teenagers survive a full-blown Spiral apocalypse with plot armor and the power of true love.

Tomie, Junji Ito : THE FLESH, THE SLAUGHTER

Pretty Flesh avatar has fun making men fall for her and then using her secondary Slaughter powers to make them unalive each other in very Flesh-y ways.

Narcissistic teenager with personality disorders discovers and uses End Leitner. It goes exactly as badly as you would think.

Local sad gay boy falls for the Distortion that took the form of his bestie. Later, said boy and friendly Distortion team up with local Hunt avatar to save town from Spiral apocalypse.

Young man goes on date and gets turned into Flesh avatar. Young man makes friends and learns the meaning of love, friendship, and morality while holding off against attacks by the Lonely and the Spiral. Young man gets screwed over by Lonely and Spiral anyway.

Aforementioned young man joins avatar-fighting organization, gets duped into causing the very apocalypse he was trying to prevent, reverses Flesh apocalypse with the power of true love.

Attack on Titan, Hajime Isayama: THE VAST, THE FLESH

Child soldier tasked with fighting Vast discovers he is in fact a Vast avatar and joins fight against the Vast/Flesh apocalypse, but is ultimately defeated by The Authorial Nihilism.

To Your Eternity, Yoshitoki Oima : THE END, THE STRANGER, THE EYE

Eye avatar sends friendly End avatar on a top-secret mission to save the earth from the Stranger apocalypse with the power of friendship.

To Your Eternity is hands down one of the best anime about identity and humanity.

Mangaka/author: Yoshitoki Ōima.

It's about a shapeshifting immortal rock thing that slowly learns what it mean to human. This anime beautifully portrays loss, death and connection and how it affects the "shapeshifting immortal rock thing" and makes him human.

I read To Your Eternity vol. 19 (catching up because I stopped buying last volumes a while ago) and I'm currently heartbroken. How do you Dare put one more timeskip and show characters dying of old age when they were graduating literally 2 chapters before. I feel like there was still so much to be told and some parts were left out (what about Mizuha and Satoru ? Will we hear about them again ? Or are they just dead after a nice life ?...)

This is a series about staying the same and wanting status quo when everything around you is moving too fast, and about accepting change and death and I'm not ready for that

As a 26 yo who was nostalgic since I was 10 yo I always get the feeling that it's too late. And I especially can't change when all of my friends do (tbh, didn't even move from my apartment)

This is hitting a very sensitive place, I hate it

God Fushi I love you but that's why I don't read that series very often, it's too much to handle emotionally :')
