well in a situation like this I always wonder how I would feel if I got a compliment from a stranger/semi stranger and I know I would be thrilled, so like, yeah. dont think its creepy, its not like youre going to say “hey lets make out” or something
What if I said I wanted to make out HAHAHA NO... I guess you're right, but I'm still doubting that a compliment coming from me to them specifically would come off as weird/make them uneasy xD I WILL.... MUSTER THE COURAGE AND DO IT...
