I’m so done pretending man there is nothing that’ll make me stop other than her telling me to because this is the most chokehold feeling I’ve ever experienced my therapist can’t even convince me this is wrong I know it’s “unhealthy” and ya they fucked me up but I don’t care mainly bc I’m not scared of embarrassment I’ll show up to her fucking door w flowers and a birthday gift if it means getting these fucking feelings off my chest this shit is not funny anymore I’m just straight up in love doesn’t mean we have to be together no I just have to stop swallowing it

Came back to correct myself. Yikes. This shit is not love it’s just trauma :/ couldn’t stop reliving the most embarrassing moments of my relationship w them last night and it broke my heart because you can’t love someone and do things like that. And I can only relive the embarrassing moments they let slip. Imagine the shit I can’t relive. Thank god.
