what if by FREAK accident inspekta shrinks real small while capochin's boiling pasta. trying to steal some while he's not looking and having no object permanence/self preservation like a loser (acting like i wouldn't try to do the same thing 💀)
inspekta involuntarily changes color when you immerse him in boiling water. he turns purple! 🤣 also on the less intense scale if he blushes enough there is a violet hue to him :3
(he turns PINK in cold water or in very cold environments...and if you stuff him in a freezer. just be careful he'll eat all your ice cream 🍨)
it doesn't hurt him obviously but HE STILL FEELS PAIN IF IT'S THAT EXTREME
capochin hears BLOODCURDLING SCREAMING and PANICS
but then he calms when he sees a really pathetic looking "purple noodle" escaping from the linguini pain chamber....
