Ooooh that's actually an interesting question :D Well, originally "kiki" was slang for "chick". Nowadays nobody calls chicks "kiki" anymore but since chicks are all fluffy and cute and everything, "kiki" is a nickname for someone you find cute, often your children :D(It's... It's also a childish term for "peepee" but *cough*)
