Great app that I've started using to record my meals- YouAte. It's a food journal in your phone that really works! Using the app you can take a picture of everything you're going to eat, record the time you started eating and how long ago was the last meal you had. You can set a simple goal (gain/lose weight, eat less meat, avoid fast food). With every meal you record you can add details about the food, how you felt while and after you ate it, why and where you ate it, and decide if this meal helped you stay on or stray off path from your goal. IT IS NOT A CALORIE COUNTER!! So it's a fantastic tool for people recovering from ED. I hated carrying around a little journal all the time and having people ask what I'm writing about. With this app I can just pretend I'm instagraming or blogging about lunch.
