So maybe it was inevitable that an unexpected blizzard would immediately derail his meticulously planned itinerary.  

But as he watches Theon tilt his head up to catch the snowflakes on his tongue, tangling his gloved fingers with Robb’s and giggling like they’re kids again, he finds he doesn’t really mind.

Since I liked the idea of Sansa and Aegon as couple since three years, here’s a rough meta of my theory why Aegon and Sansa might end up together as rulers of Westeros - since they fight into the metaphor of ice and fire dominating the symbolism of the book series, as well for effective political decisions.

Here (x) is a more precise description for the political reasons of a mirrage between Sansa and Aegon. To stress my point why Sansa would made a resiliant Queen at the King’s Court, have a look at this well written observation (x)

1: What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?

Jon/Sansa and Starkcest in general - I love my Stark family brotp. Jon/Daenerys too, but that’s probably because I don’t care as much about Dany as the rest of the fandom does. Also Jaime/Cersei, since it’s always seemed like a very unhealthy ship and why would one ship it when Jaime/Brienne exists? 

10: Most disliked arc? Why?

Cersei’s. Even after reading her POVs, I still don’t care about her :/ I’ll also give an honourable mention to Dany, because honestly her chapters were pretty boring overall and I skimmed through most of them. 

20: What is the purest ship in the fandom?

Throbb, obviously ;)

Shit, fuck, balls, OW!” Pans clatter to the floor, one narrowly missing his head as he leaps to the side, getting hit on the knee and managing to trip over the saucepan three inches to the left of where he had been. He flails helplessly, reaching for something, anything, to hold as he heads for the floor. “MotherFUCKER!” So, unsurprisingly, he’s a bit unhappy. He sits there for a few seconds, before nothing a stifled chuckle in the doorway. He glances up to witness his partner leaning on the frame, eyebrow raised. “How long have you been standing there?”

“Long enough to know that you really need to be more careful sorting the shelves.”

1, 5, 10, 15, 20 :) for the classics asks!

1: Ancient Greece or Ancient Rome?Ahhhhhhhh I would have to say Rome, because whilst I prefer the Greek aspects of mythology, Rome was the gateway into it. I started out with Rome, going to loads of the sites in Britain like Colchester and stuff, and I’d love to go to Rome and Pompeii

5: What is your favourite story from Herodotus’ histories?Honestly, I haven’t read them yet, because A Levels suck. Ask again next year, and I’ll let you know

10: Recommend a piece of fiction about the classical world.Well, my first thoughts were The Song of Achilles and the Percy Jackson series. For a slightly more obscure one, there was a series I read all the time called My Story, and there was one from the perspective of a girl in Pompeii which I remember as quite good, although I haven’t read it in a long time

15: Alexander the Great or Julius Caesar?Don’t do this to me, man. I may have to go with Alexander, just because I find it funny how big a fanboy he was for Achilles. Also on a materialistic level he has the same name as my cousin

20: What do you love most about studying classics?I’m not sure. I love the little details, that highlight how much and how little humanity has changed, like the graffiti at Pompeii. I love surprising people with stupid little facts, the possibility of knowing how things were before someone conquered a place, of understanding the roots of mythology. I love studying the warfare, tactics, battles and outcomes, I love home life and how the dynamic was different. I love learning about the myths themselves, which deity to call on for something small, which demigods were inspiring and why. I love everything about studying classics.
