FIRST THOUGHTS: Absolute Boyfriend

Synopsis:

Da-Da works as a special effects make-up artist and due to a broken heart, she finds it hard to believe in love again. She accidentally programs a humanoid robot, Zero Nine (Young-Goo), who was created to be the perfect boyfriend. A love triangle soon ensues with a top star fighting to win her affections as well. 

Episodes:

I started this drama on a whim, solely for the fact that Yeo Jin Goo was the lead actor (I’ve been watching him since he was 14 - I know, it’s a long time) and also due to the fact that it kept popping up on my recommended list on my VIKI account. 

I’ve watched up to episode 10 already, (yes, 10) but before you judge me too badly, the episodes are only roughly 30 minutes long. The story line so far is very cute and bright, but I have a very strong inkling that it’s going to get dark and more interesting soon. (Super excited for the future plot twists)

Of course, with a humanoid robot who’s sole purpose is to give love, you get MANY scenes that make you scream into your pillow. I have laughed, cried, and swooned already for this drama, and em excited to see what the future episodes hold for me.WISH ME LUCK <3
