Another "Wild Mountain Thyme" post has graced my dash, and it occurs to me that that other great Irish romantic film, "Wild Decembers", did not live up to its potential. It should be rewritten to be a threesome between a man, his tractor, and the woman he barely interacts with but gets pregnant two-thirds if the way through the movie. It can be narrated by the REAL star, the Young Guard.

Couldn't sleep well last night (or this morning), so spent the time thinking about Colin characters with wings. Minor characters. Extremely minor characters.

Before sleep, I was thinking about "Wild Decembers" and the nameless Young Guard, and @thesschesthair 's suggestion of giving him seagull wings, which I like. I spent far too much time wondering about his name and history.

Then I woke up at 4am, after only about four hours, and started thinking about Duke Philip and how the monarchy would handle wings. Like, maybe all royalty has them, but inbreeding has rendered most of them small and useless. The royals dip the tips in gold or silver, and cover them with jewels. Then along comes Duke Philip, who usually wouldn't be given consideration as marriage material since he's Lutheran, but his wings are huge and gorgeous and FUNCTIONAL.

I also had some thoughts about young Killian being taken for a Lost Boy, and Peter Pan hating no longer being the only boy who could fly.
