Young845 does an interview with The Hot Flood at Purchase's college 2011 Culture Shock. The Hot Flood is a band local to purchase college and this was their first show. March 31st- Bard College SMOG Show
Last Thursday I headed over to Bard College for a show, not really sure what to expect, I just brought my camera and went in with an open mind. None the less I left impressed and excited, four bands played in the SMOG building, two of which I filmed. If you haven’t been there it’s about the size of a two car garage with two foot high stage pushed all the way back an running the width of the building. The walls are painted a different color on every brick and collaged over with inspiring quotes, graffiti tags, band names and even a few poop jokes here and there.
The two bands I got the pleasure of seeing were Cloud Becomes Your Hand and Fairweather Blonde
