"Before Young Life, I wasn’t really going to church much and was somewhat unaware of the stories in the Bible. I didn’t really confide in much people much less God himself. Now after 2 almost 3 years, I feel like I have a special family to guide me through this journey. Going to these meetings on Fridays is like a breath of relief from stress sometimes. Expressing myself to leaders and friends simply about how my day was or my thoughts feels like talking to my mom, sister, or brother. Young Life has shown me many different but relatable perspectives on how God blesses us every day and what events and sacrifices was made for me to be here.
