for day twenty-eight of the #bendyyogis challenge we were supposed to revisit a previous pose from this month. I chose this because arm balances are not my forte, but I've improved drastically. the top is 17 days ago and I had to put my back foot on the wall for support. the bottom was taken yesterday. my alignment is better and both my feet are unsupported 😊. namaste. @cheryld126 @nayitavp @fitqueenirene #yoga #yogaflow #youngyogini #yogaeverydamnday
