This installment of #nolaarchitecturaldigest features some wild memories per year gurrrl #pianogoddess-- here's the double at 1917 and 1919 Pauger St., that I lived in both sides of. Highlights of this neighborhood featured the type A historian/heroin addict, Speedy, who told me the history of the street, including that it was called 'Old Bourbon,' since it connects directly to Bourbon street. We also had these 3 kids and abandonedby their drug addicted mother, Brandon, Britney, and Brian who would sit on the stoop and we would feed them popsicles and a special treat, blueberries. I would bring my keyboard out and entertain them with songs while they waited for their mother to come home – – maybe. #Gus, the #bestdogever, remembers all these things. I love all ya'll and remember your #lifeisveryshort so #livefiercely #quitcaringjustlove & seek #yourdefinitionofsuccess and pray for victims of #hurricaneirma 🎹💃🔥❤️ (at 7th Ward of New Orleans)
