Danny felt like the whole thing didn’t last that long. Or maybe he didn’t quite remember the whole thing. He remembered the rings, and signing the paper. Smiling at the judge and witnesses and whoever else was around. He remembered little bits and pieces, but his head was so far away he didn’t quite register all the little details.
But at last, they were married. And Danny felt awkward. Oh God, it was awkward.

With a small smile on his face and one hand on his pocket, Danny walked towards her, free hand reaching to grab hers and lift it gently. Bringing her hand close to his face, Danny brushed a light kiss against her skin before looking back up at her.
“It’s very nice to see you again, Agent Blye.”
“You don’t seem to understand.”
“Enlighten me then.”
“Don’t move, I just got comfy.”
