(1) I was wondering- I saw that in the introduction, when the Tower of Pimps first introduced itself to Gavin, it tells some of its history ("It was under these Kings that a golden age was forged/ but the Kings soon died and none existed that were worthy of the crown"). In the images accompanying these lines, we see a figure that is clearly Geoff posing next to the tower. However, later on in the comic, Geoff gets promoted to King from his status as some sort of village drunkard or serf.
(2) Does that mean there's reincarnation and themes of history repeating himself in this world? Or was the Tower speaking prophecy, but disguising it as the past? Are there paradoxes?

To be honest, I don’t think I can really give a straightforward answer without spoiling the plot haha. I guess I’ll just explain how death in this world works.
Nothing ever truly dies in this world. When a villager dies, their corpse can split off into a new zombie or skeleton. However, if they receive a proper send off, then their soul has a chance to be reaped, where it will dwell in The End as an enderman. If a zombie or skeleton or other monster dies, then they reincarnate as a being in the nether. If those creatures die, they are reborn as another nether monster and can never return to the overworld.
The only beings that can reincarnate into the same form are those where the rules of space/time do not apply to them, such as endermen and... I’ll let you use your imagination.
I’m planning to explain this more either in the comic itself, or in a worldbuilding post. Finals are two weeks from now so don’t expect anything soon, but I will definitely try to draw up more pages over Christmas break. Your patience means a lot to me!
