just to let you know, the comment on An Ode to Toast is mine, and now I am 101% worked up about the deliciousness of bread (just in time for Passover- OOPS). It takes a good amount more effort to make matzah seem even 1/100th as tasty.
I had a hunch, but thank you for the confirmation! As for matzah, slather it in butter? I may have done that at one point or another in the past and it turned out alright!
