The gorilla eyed the boy up and down. When he had received word via Zazu that the royal family had ‘adopted a son of another species’, he was expecting a leopard, monkey, at strangest a zebra, but this was more than he had bargained for. Privately he wondered if Mufasa was planning to force the boy on him, given that they were both apes.

His face took on a warmer tone as he stood up, and offered the boy a formal bow, and the upright chimpanzees behind him knelt down and placed their spears on the ground.

“But, it is a pleasure to meet you regardless, Prince...?”

“Y’know, this is just like the time that Mom and Dad adopted Tim. He was my brother before you showed up. They had to send him away, and they had this exact same conversation. I hope you don’t turn out like he did.”

Now wasn’t this just a pitiful sight to see. This is how Beerus runs his universe? By letting the poor thrive? He supposed if it meant by keeping the populace up and being allowed to not participate in the Tournament of Power, then he’d do the same. Still, he came here with a purpose. He came here to finally finish off what he started years ago.He still would show that he is the stronger opponent and that Universe 4 would not be trifled with. Directions would be in order. “Boy, where is Beerus? A tall purple and weak God of Destruction?” He’s not going to settle with other details. Just ones he needed to know.
